Building
to house K&W, Wild Wing Cafe
Charlotte developer Pinnacle Properties LLC broke ground
on a 37,500-square-foot retail and office building in Pinnacle Point at
Mallard Creek Church Road and Interstate 85 in University City.
The $10 million structure, which will include large outdoor dining areas, is the latest addition to the development of shops, restaurants and offices.
K&W Cafeteria and Wild Wing Cafe will occupy nearly 20,000 square feet in the new building, to be completed by year end.
RBA Group designed the shell. Myers & Chapman is building it.
In the 7,500-square-foot Wild Wing lease, the most recent, Pinnacle Properties' Darrell Palasciano represented the landlord, and Bob Connelly of Southeast Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant. -- doug smith
